1. There are two tabs that allude to the free green tea cook book. Only one of them is actually a hyperlink so the other in completely unnecessary as they are stacked on top of each other on the home page. - (Consistency and Standards Heuristic.)
2. There is only one category possible under the category tab when you click on "my account" so there is no need for this and it adds confusion to whether the customer chose the correct page.. -(Recognition rather than Recall).
3. There is a green tea recipe's tab at the bottom of the page but it is for customers to upload their own recipes - this is not clear by the language. - (Match between system and the real world.)
4. Any pictures associated with the recipes make the food look unappetizing. - (Aesthetic and Minimalist design.)
5. When you select a category from the side bar of "green tea benefits tab" it displays "anti-bacterial category" instead of just "anti-bacterial" which you clicked on. This is both repetitive and confusing. - (Consistency and Standards.)
6. Having a video on the home page of someone unrecognizable and without a visible degree in any health related field make the website feel illegitimate from a first glance. - (Aesthetic and Minimalist design.)
7. Both recipes on the home page are cut off without any sort of arrow to continue reading. - (Match between the system and the real world.)
8. When you go to check out with your shopping cart, the white background of the website covers half of the green tabs at the top of the screen making it nearly impossible to read them. - (Error prevention).
9. Sometimes Green Tea is capitalized and sometimes it is not. - (Consistency and Standards).
10. The "Advanced Search" hyperlink under the search bar brings you to a page with nothing on it. (Help and Documentation.)
