Bill has just been to the doctor and has been told his health is deteriorating. The doctor suggest multiple medications but Bill is looking for a more natural way to improve his health. He has a vitamin deficiency so he is looking to change his diet. Exercise is minimal so his diet would be the largest change in his daily activities. Bill has never eaten green tea leaves before but is considering them because they are natural. One of his Children, Mary Anne is also into natural remedies and suggested green tea as a way to improve health. Bill is a picky eater so he would like to know ways of eating green tea leaves where he will not taste them very much.
